A: Our four-piece sets follow U.S. standard bed sizes—confirm your mattress size first, then select accordingly:

- Twin/Twin XL: Suitable for dorm beds or small single beds (fitted sheet size: 39"×75"/39"×80").

- Full: Ideal for guest rooms or small master bedrooms (fitted sheet size: 54"×75").

- Queen: Most popular size for master bedrooms (fitted sheet size: 60"×80").

- King/California King: For spacious bedrooms (King fitted sheet: 76"×80"; California King: 72"×84").

All sets include 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, and 2 pillowcases (King sets include 2 King-sized pillowcases). Contact our customer service for custom sizes if you have a non-standard mattress.

Q: How to care for latex pillows to extend their lifespan?

A: Follow these care tips for latex pillows (expected lifespan: 3–5 years):

- Remove the outer cover and wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle; air dry or tumble dry on low heat.

- Do not wash the latex core—spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed, then air dry completely (avoid direct sunlight or high heat, which can deform latex).

- Fluff the pillow regularly to maintain shape; avoid pressing or folding the latex core aggressively.

- Use a waterproof pillow protector to prevent stains and moisture buildup.

Q: Are your bedding products hypoallergenic?

A: Yes! All our products are designed with hypoallergenic materials:

- Four-Piece Sets: Made with 100% cotton, bamboo, or microfiber that resists dust mites and mold; dyed with non-toxic, hypoallergenic dyes.

- Summer Cooling Blankets: Bamboo or ice silk fabric that is breathable and hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin.

- Latex Pillows: Natural latex core is resistant to dust mites, bacteria, and mold; ideal for allergy sufferers. Note: If you are allergic to latex, we recommend our alternative memory foam pillows (available upon request).

Q: Can I return a latex pillow if it’s not comfortable?

A: Yes! Our latex pillows come with a 45-day comfort trial. You can use the pillow for up to 30 days, then initiate a return within the remaining 15 days if it doesn’t meet your comfort needs. The pillow must be clean, undamaged, and with the original protective cover. You will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee. We recommend testing the pillow for at least 1 week to allow your neck to adjust to the support.
