Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
- After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier’s website to monitor delivery status in real time.
- For customized products, we send production update emails (e.g., "Custom Embroidery Four-Piece Set Completed," "Personalized Latex Pillow Ready to Ship").
- You can view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Shipping Notes
- Bedding Protection: All products are packed in moisture-proof, dust-proof bags and sturdy cartons to prevent damage or soiling during transit. Latex pillows are shipped in vacuum-sealed packaging to maintain shape.
- Package Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing for delivery. If the package is dented, torn, or wet, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Memorial Day), shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early for seasonal bedding needs.
